1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@shopsundrop.org.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with a specific return address once your request is approved.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with a clear photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Activewear that has been worn during a workout or has the hygiene liner removed.
- Earrings and certain intimate accessories.
- Sale items or gift cards.
5. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
