1. Shipping Times

Because we ship directly from our global partners, delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 15 Business Days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 12 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 18 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 15 – 25 Business Days

 

Please note: These timeframes include our processing time (usually 1–3 days) but do not include potential customs delays.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey directly through our Track My Order page. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the code.

3. Multiple Packages

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. Don’t be alarmed if one part of your order arrives before the other!

4. Customs & Duties

ShopSunDrop is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied by your country’s local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at support@shopsundrop.com. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
